I've made a mistake with my order, what can I do?

 If you have made a mistake with your order, the best thing to do is to contact us as soon as possible, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet we should be able to rectify this because it gets shipped however if it has been shipped you can always send it back to us and we can sort it out from there! How long should it take for my order to get to me?

All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped same day. Although we can't control the postage service the typical delivery times are as follows:

UK -

First Class:1 Working Day 

Second Class: 2-3 Working Days

Europe - 3-5 Working Days

USA/Canada - 5-7 Working Days

Rest of the World - 5-7 Working Days

Yes you will be able to tracking your order using the Royal Mail tracker which can be found HERE

We offer a variety of different delivery options, as outlined below.

DHL Express Deliver : Offers full tracking, and worldwide delivery in 2-3 days. You can find their tracking service HERE

Standard Delivery : Your order will not be tracked. If you email us asking where you package is, unfortunately we will not be able to help you.

Tracked: We recommend this for your order as you will be able to track exactly where you parcel is

Tracked + Signed : Offers full tracking and also requires a signature upon receipt. Please note we can not send these orders to any PO boxes.


How do i return an item?
